Hospitality businesses · funding preparation

Look at when money comes in and goes out

Review booking conditions and cancellation patterns alongside expected occupancy or covers. Financing payments should be considered against receipts across quieter periods as well as peak dates.

Consider the full cost

Points to check in a financing offer

01

Amount available

Confirm how much of the offered amount would actually reach the business.

02

Repayment cost

Look at all repayments and fees over the agreement rather than a single quoted rate.

03

Contract conditions

Read security, guarantee, early-payment and default provisions before agreeing.

Planned purchases

Explain the costs behind your plans

01

Guest-space improvements

Furniture, lighting and surface repairs may be scheduled between peak trading periods. Include installation and any loss of usable space while the work takes place.

02

Operating equipment

Laundry, cleaning and service equipment must fit the operation’s daily workload. Price delivery, setup and maintenance separately where appropriate.

03

Seasonal expenses

Staffing, linen and consumables may need arranging before bookings turn into stays or visits. Define the season and account for deposits already received.

Follow the steps

How to submit your business details

Use the actual purchase or operating gap to explain how much funding you want to explore.

02

Answer the questions about monthly revenue, time in business and your industry.

03

Check the owner and business contact information, read the disclosures and complete SMS verification before sending.

Understand our role

Understand the service before applying

How does the referral service get paid?

Your submitted business and contact information may be sold to as many as five funding partners for follow-up. Partners pay us for the referral regardless of its funding outcome, and we do not charge you to apply.

How are funding terms set?

Sending the form does not guarantee an offer or approval. Funding partners assess the business against their own requirements and set the conditions of any financing.

How long can a review take?

A supplier deadline does not establish how quickly a funding partner can respond. Confirm the provider’s process before relying on financing for a payment.

What contact permission am I giving?

Check how your information will be used and who may contact you before you send the form. The SMS code verifies your number; the separate consent text describes communications.
